Always hard to get a good pic of the diamond paintings, but I finally finished this one! I had given up on it at one point, I felt the pumpkins were coming out way too blotchy as I worked on it:
In the end, it looks great from a distance! I tried Modge Podge to seal this one. I think it actually dulled it a bit, but again, it’s hard to get a good pic:
I’ve got a couple different sealers I’ve used so I may do a future posting comparing the different kinds.
Overall, I’ve rated this 3 1/2 out of 5 stars. I still think they could have done a better job with the colors for the pumpkins. I really think more gradients could have been created and provided. I always purchase the largest possible canvas to get the best looking result. The smaller you go, the more “pixelated” the image appears. When you go larger, you get more gradient colors in the pattern. A small size canvas may only come with 20 colors, but getting the largest could have 35-40 colors. I also found a couple of colors that were “off” from true color. Again, it works from a distance, but could have been better.
